Dr. Uwe Roehm, Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney in the School of Information Technologies is seeking businesses willing to participate in an online survey about awareness of Australian business users of cloud computing and its data privacy issues. The survey is conducted completely anonymously and voluntarily.
---- Survey Announcement ----
Modern information services are heavily relying on the Internet, running virtually 'in the cloud' - but what does it mean that even very personal information is now available every time and everywhere 'in the cloud'?
The University of Sydney, School of Information Technologies, is conducting a survey as part of their research into "User Awareness and Policy Compliance of Data Privacy in Cloud Computing", and your participation would be appreciated.
In this survey, we are interested in learning about your data privacy concerns when using cloud computing services. The survey questions will cover a range of relevant topics including demographic information, privacy practices on the Internet, knowledge of privacy protection in Australia, use of cloud computing services, and data privacy in the cloud.
No identifying personal details will be collected and your responses are kept anonymous.
We estimate that the survey will take no more than 20 minutes to complete.
